Driver Problems?

Try this:

1. Launch the Control Panel (Click Start, and you'll see "Control Panel" in
the middle on the right of the Start menu.)
2. On the left, under Conrol Panel, if it says "Switch to Classic View",
goto to number 3. If it says "Switch to Category View" - click on this to
goto category view.
3. On the left, select "Performance and Maintenence"
4. From the new dialog, select Administrative Tools
5. In this new dialog, double-click Component Sevices
6. In this new dialog, on the left, select "Services (Local)"
7. On the right, select "Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator"
8. When you select this, you will notice just left of this listing is an
option to Start the RPC service. Go ahead and start this.

Try printing now.

If RPC wasn't listed, then for some reason it wasn't installed or got nuked
somehow and you might want to re-install the OS. (RPC should be automatic
when you print.)
