DRM security update required to download

for WM 10. I hit the required button to update, but nothing happens. No
response from FYE on the question. Also, I have lost all my DRM licenses and
get a 'Secure storage protection error' message and to restore from a
previous backup. When I try, it gives me the same message. Due to the above
security update error, I can't restore the license from the site. Any
suggestions. MICROSOFT says they know about the problem, and it is due to
hardware upgradinging, but all I have done is add a USB hard drive to my
system. This happened after the automatic update for Windows Media 10
concerning DRM. Do I have to uninstall Media Player 10 and all updates for
it and reinstall to get by this problem? Running Windows Media Center 2005
with all updates.
