Default Dual boot & Networking

I presently have a wireless home network with 1 desktop and 2 notebooks, and
everything works fine. XP Pro is on the desktop and XP home on the
notebooks. I installed Vista as a dual boot with XP Pro on the desktop and
I would like to set up a home network so if either XP Pro or Vista is
running the notebooks can access the printer and files. I guess I will have
to redo setting up the home network from scratch, but it's been so log since
I did my network setup it's a little foggy and with Vista in the picture I'm
not sure how or what I need to do. Can anyone give me some info on what I
need to do in some kind of order to get this to work. I'm a little confused
at what needs to be done.

Hi John. I don't think you need to set up your network all over again. It
sounds like you just need to connect Vista to the existing network. Here's a
help topic about connecting to a wireless network:

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...4dedb1033.mspx

Hope this helps!

This didn't do it. I can't see any of the notebooks, and they can't see
Vista.

After reading a little more I did get to work.

I changed the Vista workgroup name to MSHOME which is the same name the
other PC's have. After a reboot I could see the other PC"s. I then
installed the "Link Layer Topology Discovery" to notebooks so they could see
Vista. So everything works fine now.
