Dual Monitor config changes after session resume

Posted: 09-10-2007, 09:38 AM
Couldn't find anything about this using the search.
I have an external monitor connected to my laptop. The graphics card is an
nVidia GeForce 8600M, latest available drivers.
I config the external screen to be positioned on the left side of my laptop.
After I lock the computer and login again, the monitor is placed on the
right side again.
This is reproduceble, as it happens everytime I unlock.
No problems or errors in eventvwr

Anyone has or had the same problems?

Grtz,

Bas

Hi,
I have the same problem using ATI Mobility Radeo X1400 with an external
Samsung 204B connectect digital via DVI.

As I have to lock on every time the screen saver appears, it really makes no
fun. By getting the logon page the external monitor is still positioned on
the left side. After logon it switched ;-(

Please help !!!
