Dual Monitor with different resolutions ~ Desktop has pixels shift

Posted: 09-28-2007, 03:43 AM
I've got a Radeon X800 connected to my primary CRT monitor at 1600x1200 and
an LCD at 1680x1050 docked at the upper left corner of my primary desktop
area. The problem is every pixel on my primary monitor at 1600x1200 that is
between 1051 and 1200 is shifted one pixel to the right. This only occurs
with the dual monitor setup. Has anyone else encountered this?

The pixel shift only applies to the desktop. Any windows that sit over that
area are not affected. Is this a problem with Vista itself, The ATI Driver
or something else. Anyone got any clues?
