These restarts and/or memory dumps are being produced by "System
Failure" class errors and you need to identify the actual cuause of
these errors.

Right-click on My Computer and select Manage.
Expand the Event Viewer category and browse through each of the 3
sub-categories looking for red-flagged error records whose date and
time stamps correspond to your restarts/memory dumps.
Double-click on an error record to see the details of that error.

You might find it worthwhile to modify the settings on your computer
so that it no longer restarts automatically when an error occurs.
Open Control Panel - System - Advanced - Startup and Recovery Settings
and clear the checkbox for "Automatically Restart". And while you are
in there change the memory dump selection to "Small Memory Dump -
64KB" or to "none". The full memory dump is almost never useful,
except when you are working directly with technical support experts to
diagnose a specific problem.

This change may result in a "blue screen of death" STOP error message
instead of a restart. The information on the STOP message screen will
help to identify the underlying cause of your problems. Check the
