| I cannot eliminate the duplicate files in Windows Media Player, even after I used the monitor files features and the search for media feature. Some files duplicate themselves twice and other duplicate four times. What must be done about this? | Guest

| Select all the files and delete them (from Media Library only). Do a search again and they should only be listed once. Quote:

created just for this purpose. You can install the demo, and find the duplicates. J. River Media Center is the most powerful jukebox software available. I don't recommend it for newbies, though. I have a screenshot on my site of the duplicates playlist. http://www.galleytech.com/Galley/ima...diaCenter2.png You can try Media Center here: http://www.jrmediacenter.com/ -- "I'm not a cool person in real life, but I play one on the Internet" Galley | Guest
