dvd kit orders

i place order for 1 copy of the dvd kit
but 3 payments show up in my bank statement.
can anyone help me to resolve the orders.

it's a beta - you can expect bugs :P
seriously, though, did you click the button to confirm the purchase multiple
times, or hit the refresh button? if you look at your bank statement, it
usually gives you a toll free number you can call if you have questions about
the charge.

from the order confirmation e-mail:
You may contact Customer Service Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 10PM
ET, at 1-800-590-6385, toll free in the United States and Canada. You can
also send inquiries to WindowsVistaBeta2@one.microsoft.upgrade.com.

I may have to contact them, no charges are showing on my bank statement yet.
(I haven't gotten the kit, yet, so maybe they haven't processed my order yet.)

tell us when you get it. hope it doesnt really take up to 4 weeks

it took 4 days for the charges to show on my bank statement. hopefully that
means they've shipped it. we'll see how long it takes.
