Where can I download a free dvd decoder, so I can play dvds on my PC? Would
they work with Windows Media Player 10?

Have you thought abour using a Google search for this? I did, and found many,
some are shareware with free trial periods.

You need to save up your $s and BUY the DVD Decoder.
