Hi Quang
The region lock is in the drives internal firmware as opposed to a software
setting so its not fairly easy to get at. You may be able to find a region
reset utility for your particular drive model if someone has made one
(search for the drive model number and region reset on google), else you are
going to need to contact the manufacturer of the drive to see if anything
can be done.

Thanks Mark!

What you said is what I suspect. I don't think the DVD
drive's manufacturer is willing to release any utility
that allows to change the drive firmware setting. I'll
try to search for a region reset utility.
