Default Dynamic Disks and Dual Boot Windows XP and Windows Vista

Hello.,

I have one PC with two Disks and I install XP on Disk 0 and convert it to
Dynamic Disk, then i install Vista Business on Disk 1 and convert it to
Dynamic Disk,
but now on XP I can't import the Disk 1, how can I solve this Problem?

Both OS work but on XP i don't have access to Dynamic Disk 1, that i have
created in Vista, get a dmio error and can't import the disc using diskpart
or diskmanagement console.

This is the fourth time i ask this question, does anyone knows how to solve
this?

Thanks.,

Alex

There is absolutely no benefit to having dynamic disks unless you
install a RAID configuration and mirror two identical hard drives.
You'll need to delete all volumes on the dynamic disk and then
create a new basic partition, then format that new partition NTFS.

Having two dynamic disks, i can do striped volumes then i get a improvement
on data transfer rate on the disks, but i need to to see the volumes from XP,
because my graphics card on vista doens't see my TV, i just want a solution
to the problem, both OS are using the same file system, but they read and
write data to mbr in diferent way, try to replicate the problem and maybe you
find an awser...

Thank You.,

Alex
