E Drive

Hi I have a dell inspiron 5303 brand new and i was not able to play
cd--that has been corrected but now i cannot burn a cd-it tells me tha
the e drive is not recognized. I used geek support and they could no
get it to recognize. I am a geek myself so if you can help please giv
it to me in laymen's terms:huh: Thank yo

Hi,

Brand new? Call Dell, ask them to fix it or refund your purchase price. No
one should be spending time trying to fix a new machine on thier own. This
is what warranties are for. There may be damaged hardware involved, but you
aren't protecting your rights if you don't notify Dell of the problem.

By the way, if you're a geek you don't need it in layman's terms.
