Easy transfer problems

While trying to transfer my documents and settings back from a network drive
to my windows vista pc, it always comes to the point. where i get this
message: "please select a valid folder where the files can be restored from"
but the problem is the folder where i point to is the folder where
Savedata.mig is stored. So this message is quite useless to me.
