ENABLE Button Greyed

Default ENABLE Button Greyed

Windows Vista Ultimate
Running as Administrator with Defender set to let me run as Administrator
Windows Defender when I go to Software Explorer the ENABLE button is greyed out. Any idea why?

Hello,

try clicking onto "Show for all users" (or something).

Enable is for use to only enable a program you already disabled. Not for
enabling programs not yet classified. Encourage software vendor to get
classified for Windows Defender. Some software vendors just say to disable
UAC, that just a quick fix, not a real solution.
