enable remote desktop

Does any one know how to enable remote desktop so I can use remote desktop
to connect to the XPe?

I installed it but it says

"either not enabled or too busy..."

Thanks!

Greg

Greg,

Control Panel --> System --> Remote page --> "Remote Desktop" section -- > "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer"
checkbox.

Hope you have included RDP support in to your image.

I am asking how do you enabled it in the image, not after it set up.
I did have terminal sevice remote desktop service included in the imag4e.
And in the terminal service core, I checked allow users to connect to this
computer check box.
Do I need to disable command shell and enable task manager shell or other
shell?

Thanks!

Greg,

You mean enable it using TD?
I don't know how to do that from TD.

"Terminal Server Remote Desktop" (Server!) ?

What about "Terminal Services" service? Is it runing? (use "net start" command to check)

The best would be to make sure if it works with Explorer shell (just easy to setup and etc.) and then switch to any other shell. But
you can still troubleshoot it with CMD shell.

Greg,

Are you using Minlogon? I remember an issue awhile back about RDC and
Minlogon.

Try Winlogon, and explorer. If you connect track it from there.
