Enabling TCP/IP

Posted: 10-11-2003, 04:06 AM
I have been unable to get TCP/IP enabled on my Local Area
Connection. When I go to the properties there is nothing
on the general tab for TCP/IP.
I have a Dell Inspiron 8200 running XP SP1.
Any help would be appreciated.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you need to click the
Install button on the General tab and install the TCP/IP
protocol.
