Default Encrypting File System Taskbar Icon.

Why is a "Encrypting File System - Back up your file encryption key" showing
up in my taskbar next to my clock when I start my computer? When I hover my
mouse over it it disapears. Have I been hijacked? Is someone hacking me?
Is this just a normal Vista feature? It just started happening withing the
last couple days. Please I need help. Thanks!
