| Since connecting my Epson C62 printer to Vista, the status monitor function, which includes a monitor for the residual ink levels, does not operate. Epson have advised me that this is a Microsoft issue. Has anybody found a solution to get the status monitor for this printer working in Vista? | Guest

properties and click on Preferences under the printer, and then click on Get Ink Levels. The printer has to be ON to get the results. Hope this helps. Kathy | Guest
