Error -47 Cannot Save My File, Illustrator CS

I have Illustrator CS running on OS 10.2.8 and I'm having a problem with one of my files, just one. I opened it and modified it fine, but when I tried to save, it told me I couldn't because of an error ID = -47. So I did a 'save as,' with a different name, and that worked. But when I tried to delete the old file, an error message told me I couldn't because the file was in use. It wouldn't let me change the file name either. I tried quitting all my programs but that didn't help, so I restarted my computed and that didn't help either. Now I'm stuck with this file I can't delete, move, or even rename. Can anyone help?
