Error C00D11B1; original error 80040279

I'm trying to play an Unknown DVD on WMP 11.
Is it really my default audio device, SigmaTel Audio, or do I need to find a
decoder? Any help would be great. I've got CyberLink PowerDVD, but I can't
figure out the CD Key number from the program package.

I'm trying to play an "Unknown DVD" on WMP 11. Is it really a problem with
my audio device, SIgmaTel Audio, or do I need a decoder? Windows updates
don't indicate anything and all my devices say they're working properly. Any
help would be great! Thandks
