Error Failed to load theme dll 'win32uitheme.dll'[gle=0x0000007e]
FatalError m_hinstLib[gle=0x0000007e]
FatalError Unhandled exception (code 0xE0000100: <unknown>)
occurred at 0x7C812A5B in C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernel32.dll. Minidump
attached (26209 bytes).

This happens midway thru completing install on new partition on new hd boot
from dvd drive. this is the last few lines of setuperr.log
