- Select "Last Known Good Configuration" and press enter - If that doesn't work, do the F8 key again and select safe mode. When your computer boots, you should be able to log in as "Administrator". Hopefully, if you have to do this, windows will give you a message telling you what the problem is. - From safe mode, you can go to system restore and hopefully fix the problem. - If all else fails, put your Windows DVD in your DVD drive and restart your computer. When it loads, there is a Recovery option on the first screen it displays ... click it and go thru the recovery process. | Guest
