I am receiving the following error: Error (login): 0x10e0 The operator or administrator has refused the request. It appears every once in a while even if i do nothing.

hi my friend you can fixed your error with the toll= ms-error,

i solved it with Ms-error registry cleaner.
they have free scan check it out.

very simply, just del rundll.exe from \windows\system32\
if u worry about that, just backup the file before del it

I deleted this file and got many other popup errors, i saved the file but couldn't restore my pc back.
I bought the software that was recommanded <a href="http://ms-errors.com">ms-errors</a> and it fixed all the errors i had.

The people telling you to delete rundll are just evil, that file is essential for Windows to operate.

I have the same error message popping up, and I'm still looking to fix it.
