error mesage for cd-rw

i install Easy CD Creator® 5.0 Platinum under Windows XP.
the message said: not support the cd-rw. my cd-rw is
Samsung WS-232. anybody help me.

roxio continuously releases updates that enable the
program to recognize new cdrw drives. look for it on
their site.

the problem is your cdrw was made after roxio made ezcd5.0

Hi,

You need to go to www.roxio.com and download the patch that
will bring your EZCD5.0 up to version 5.3, then it should
work. There's also a small patch for Direct CD that will
bring it up to version 5.3 as well. Good luck.
