Error Message-Interface not registered

When trying to print e-mail messages from Outlook Express (IE7) the following
error message was received:
An Error has occured in the script of this page

Char 1
Interface not registered
Code 0
URL ies://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg

I've tried a coule of fixes for a different defined error but none made a
difference. I believe I have reviewed all posts of similar problems.
