error message on boot

Posted: 07-07-2003, 12:11 AM
I am suddenly getting a "Windows cannot open file..."
error message when I boot my computer. I have no idea
what the file referred to is - the file is 00228893 - no
extension.

How do I get rid of this message (ie can I make an edit in
autoexec.bat - and if so, how?) or any other suggestions.

Thanks

Allan
