Error msg shows up trying to preview or print faxes through consol

Recently, the fax console has started to give me a popup error message
everytime I try to print or preview any received or sent faxes.

Operation could not be completed.

Clicking on the details button gives me the following:
Directory or file could not be created.

(82, 8200001347)

I have Windows XP home and recently installed SP2. I've tried to uninstall
and reinstall Fax and also ran System File Checker. If I go to the inbox
through the file system, My computer/c/documents and settings/all
users/application data/yada yada yada; I can see and open the faxes through
Image Viewer.

No error messages seem to be generated in the event logs.
