| I am trying to configure my laptop to tunnel to our Netgear FVL328. After setting up the policy, when I go to start the IPSEC Service I get the following error: Could not start IPSEC Services service on Local Computer Error 10048: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted. Consequently, when I go to establish (assign) the tunnel, I get a message the it is assigned, but that the IPSEC service is not running. Any ideas as to what is causing this? | Guest
