| DavidinEdmond; I've seen several people with this issue, includin myself, and have yet to see any answer other than to delete the accoun and start over. This is not a good solution for any user. What cause this issue? How can it be prevented? How can it be fixed? Some typ of acknowledgement would be appreciated as it does seem to be be kind o a 'major' issue.
