Error when launching games.

I get (for example): "program.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." And if I click debug:
"Just-In-Time Debugging - An exception 'Unhandled Win32 exception' has
occured in program.exe. However, no debuggers are registered that can debug
this exception. Unable to JIT debug." If I click "OK" on that: "JIT
Debuggin failed with the following error: Unspecified error Please check the
documentation topic 'Just-in-time debugging errors' for more information."
However, this only occurs with certain programs. The two examples that I
have noticed are Ghost Recon (GhostRecon.exe) and Call of Duty 2 SP (MP works
fine). This has me extremely puzzled, so any help would be greatly
appreciated.
