I read the Details on this event in Help and Support
which explains that the mouse movements and clicks buffer
has been overflowed and I should wait for the application
to catch up... the problem is my computer will
temporarily hang and this event will be in the system
event log with no programs running and all non-essential
services stopped. I have gone into device manager on the
mouse properties sheet and increased the "Input Buffer
Length" from 100 to 200 but I get the same problem. Help
and Support details mentions the buffer is configurable
in the registry but does not list in which key. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. I have never had this
problem before but I just upgraded my PC to and AMD XP
2400+, on a Giga-byte 7N400-L1 mother board. I don't have
any other issues except for this one.
Thanks,

Richard
