i have a client with a brother hl1440 laser printer connected via usb to a
windows xp pro machine. about 2/3 times they try to print, nothing happens
except the error log
(event id 61 error code 3003
Description The document <document name> owned by <user name> failed to
print. Win32 error code returned by the print processor:3003) is logged in
the event viewer. i have seen this happen with a brother laser fax connected
by usb at a different client. any idea as to why this happens and how to fix
it.
