| A major problem - in spite of expert advice I canot start the event viewer service, so I cannot access the event log, nor can I update Microsoft Office 2007 because of it, nor can I do a full PC backup to an expernal hard drive althoug it allows me to back up files there. I have been advised to do a clean re-install of Vista Ultimate. Does anyone have experience of this problem, if so I'd be most grateful for help. -- Neville | Guest
