Default Event viewer

I have this error in the Event viewer. Can someone tell me what it means,
and how I go about fixing it. It is appearing quite often.

1 user registry handles leaked from
\Registry\User\S-1-5-21-1903812106-2428839669-1432131728-1000: Process 1068
(\Device\HarddiskVolume7\Windows\System32\winlogon .exe) has opened key
\REGISTRY\USER\S-1-5-21-1903812106-2428839669-1432131728-1000

No, it is not correct. There is no way for anyone to help you further
since we don't have any information about your computer. If you require
more than a simple "no", please see this link for the details you need
to include in your next post:

You only need to read errors and warnings.(dbl click on one).
They help you decide what the problem is.
