Hi,

You might try this hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940199

Others recommend that you locate the infcache.1 file and rename it to
infcache.1.bak, then reboot.

thank u , but i dunno what is my KB Article Number is....
when we bought my computer Vista had been already on it. how do i find this
number?
