exception code : c0000005 with alot of applications and UDP block

I have been infected with a vista exploit...need some help.
Alot of applications (Itunes, imgburn, nero, firefox ) when closed, cause a
program error. Every one is a c0000005 exception code which I have great
feeling is a buffer overrun from a virus and or trojan. I had a confirmed
trojan attack about 3 minutes before I started having symptoms.

Now I cannot use any internet related software (firefox, games, antivirus)
because the UDP is getting blocked. I already had to reinstall from this
before, and I really dont want to again.

0xc0000005 is an access violation - basically something in the process is
trying to read memory it does not have access to. A virus certainly could be
causing that, although a lot of other things could do, such as unsupported
security configuration settings.

There is a chance that your anti-virus program could resolve the problem, if
it is a virus, but frankly I doubt it. I think you need to rebuild and then
figure out what it is you are doing that is causing this. What have you done
to the system? Why do you believe it is malware? You seem to have installed a
lot of applications, but the ones you listed, assuming they are current
versions, are ones that others have used as well.

That can also be a sign of bad RAM. Before doing too much troubleshooting
test the RAM.

www.memtest.org

Let it run for at least 3 or 4 hours.
