Explorer.exe toolbars and logon screen-Please include customize op

Posted: 10-14-2006, 05:52 PM
Dear Sirs:

I don't want a search bar (does F3 or Ctrl-F ring a bell?) nor those pesky
("Organize", "views", etc) buttons in every window. I'm convinced that many
users may find those items very useful... But there are some who wont!
The same applies to the cartoonish Logon screen. Where is the simpler and
professional looking Logon dialog?
Can we please have the option to choose?

If an user want a cartoonish, shiny and sparkling UI: Use Aero if that makes
you happy. I prefer a sober and professional looking one... can I have an
option? Please...

Gentleman: Costumization is the word these days! Don't force features! Give
options!

By the way: Thank you very much to include the option to use both the
"Classic Theme" and "Classic Start Menu". I will be able to keep using a
clean and professional look on my company computers... if I choose to upgrade
to vista. It will also depend on this costumization options.

Best regards
