External Mouse Stop Working

I have an external Logitech wireless mouse that I have been using with my HP
computer using Vista Home. It just stopped working, I changed the batteries
but it still does not work. I tried my Microsoft Wireless USB mouse and it
worked for a few days then it stopped. Any ideas of what is going on or how I
can trouble shoot this.

Add pointer trails to your mouse configuration.... seems to work....

As far as the Logitech mouse goes... I had to return mine and get a new one
as well

I am having the same problem. I am using a sony Viao with Vista Business
32. Yesterday I was playing Unreal Toun. and the mouse stopped working
in the middle of the game. Ever since then, neither of my external mice
are working. I hae a logitech usb mouse and a microsoft mouse connected
to my docking station at home. My toucpad still works, but no the mouse.
Any ideas?
