F.E.A.R (Extraction Point) Shadow Tearing

I'm seeing a lot of shadow tearing when I play F.E.A.R. Extraction
Point.

I'm running the 32bit version of Vista with an NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GS.

I just installed the latest NVIDIA drivers (dated: 4/26/2007) to see
if the issue had been resolved, unfortunately it's still happening.

The latest patch for F.E.A.R is from last October and I have installed
that as well.

Is anyone else seeing this when they play the game on vista 32 w/ an
NVIDIA card?

Any thoughts on a possible resolution?

Yes I have had the same problem with F.E.A.R Directors Edition DVD and
Extraction Point. What you see is the shadows in rooms and offices are not
quite right, like the shadows are cut into many lines and it doesn't look
according to what the shadows come from. I also updated the patch and I am
using 32-bit Windows Vista with a XFX Geforce 7600GT.
