Failure on privledged domain login

Posted: 08-16-2006, 05:39 PM
I am running Vista Ultimate Beta 2 build 5384

I can successfully login with a non privledged domain user account.

I can not login with a privledged domain user account. The message I have
displayed is "There is a time and/or date difference between the client and
server."

The client and server clocks are synchronized.

I have searched the newgroups and google to no avail.

Is there something in secpol or gpedit that needs to be tweaked.

I figured out how to fix the problem!

In AD Users & Computers, open the user account and then the Account tab. In
Account options, uncheck "Do not require Kerberos preauthentication"
