| The file is a part of the "fast user switching" "feature" of windows. I disabled it with msconfig but I still get an error message on every bootup. Yes I did have xp powertoys installed at the time of my upgrade. Of course it wont uninstall so now I guess I'm stuck with a reformat to fix it. Thanks! "Sharon F" wrote: Quote:
