Fast User Switching

Specs:
P4-2.8
Gigabyte GA81PE1000 PRO 2
1GB, 2x512 DUAL CHAN CONFIG
Gigabyte RADEON 9600 PRO (GV-R96P128DH)
300 Watt Powerman supply
Monitor Viewsonic P95fPlus

Problem:
When switching users occasionally the monitor will loose
signal from the video card and display that it will shut
down in 5 secs. the shutdown does not occour. The signal
from the video card returns and the user switch is
sucessful. This does not happen on every user switch and
it does not seem to matter which users you are switching
from/to.
Has anyone encountered this problem and if so has a work
around been found.
