Fatal Error with Vista Ultimate 64bit Install

Hi All,Firstly let me apologies if i do not get this right I am new to
building pc's etc so hope my 'speak' is understandable.I am having
trouble installing windows vista ultimate 64 bit OEM.My system setup it
as follows:Asus M2N8 - vmx motherboard (onboard sound)AMD AM2 64bit 6000
processor2 gig DDR2 800 ram (2 x 1 gig sticks)8500GT OC 256mb video
card2 x 250 gig sata hard disksI get the following error when vista is
install is starting set up - STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}The NT
Initial COmmand Process System Process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0xc0000001 (0x00000000 0x00000000).The system has been shut
down.I have tried starting in safe mode, step by step etc but cant get
it to run the setup.To check my system is ok i successfully installed xp
pro and everything worked fine, i then re formatted HD and back to the
same problem.I would appreciate any information that anyone can shed on
this issue.CheersGlenn
