faultrep.dll system error???

Hello to everyone! i keep getting a bluescreen of death
crash...the event viewer system error is as follows:
category: 102, event id: 1003, file name: faultrep.dll ,
error code: 000000c2, parameter1 00000007, parameter2
00000cd4, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 e1e9de28.This
of course keeps changing but the filename in question
remains the same. Ihave no idea what this is. microsoft
says it might be a problem with a device driver but
cannot be specific..device manager shows no conflicts,
and my system for the most part is in excellent running
condition. i am running updated bios and all other
drivers are updated... my system is : amd athlon xp
2200+, gigabyte ga-7vtxe 1.0, 512 ddr 2100 micron ram,
128mb ati radeon 9200 agp, 40gb wd scsi connected to
maxtor ata133 pci card, soundblaster live 5.1
pci...please help....thanks
