Fax Console Crashes

My Fax console crashes only upon closing it---but only on one of the two
accounts. Get blue screen with "Page Fault in Non-Paged area," then it
dumps the memory to disk, and then reboots back up fine. Then it goes to
Online Crash analysis where I get the report "Error caused by Device
Driver." Can anyone help me solve this problem please? Thanks
