Fax Console Freezes...

.....When I check the fax printers status it says connecting, but never
connects. When I try to fax the screen freezes and can't send and I can't
open the configuration. Not sure if driver or something is missing. I use
to fax and now I can't, maybe someone deleted an important file unsure. HELP!

Nothing to go on. What changed between "now" and "used to?"

Don't know. I was out of town and someone used my PC.

That makes if difficult to guess.
Look for error messages and Event Viewer.
