Fax fail to receive Win XP

I have a computer that I use for receiving faxes that has
Win XP OP.

Problem:
Since Monday September 28 I am having trouble receiving
faxes from customers that have had no problem sending me
faxes in the past.

Question:
Is it possible that there is a worm or virus that I could
have picked up that interfears with receiving fax
communication. If not how do I fix the problem.

Can you provide more information? Make sure you Receive faxes is enabled.
Are you getting any Events in the Event Viewer?
