Fax will not follow International dialing rule wait prompts.

I'm using clean install of XP PRo. Have US Robotics brand
new fax/modem (model 5630B) in serial com1. Using
default XP fax services for fax printing. No other fax
software installed.

Problem is it dials the access number and will not
continue on to dial the pin number once voice prompt is
finished. It just seems to sit there.

Tried using the wait for X seconds in prompts and these
too are ignored.

Any suggestion???
