File launches display

When I boot up, Windows XP launches and the final display
window is a file entitled; "Windows\system32" with all
files and folders. I must delete the display to get rid of it.

How can I stop this folder from displaying on boot up?

Line 260, right: "system32 folder opens upon boot"
