File permission on 2nd hard drive

Posted: 02-05-2007, 08:02 PM
I'm trying to access/copy files from a second hard drive and I can't seem to
get it to work.

I'm running Vista Ultimate OEM, I'm a local adminsitrator, I've
right-clicked on the drive and (called myself) giving my user full control of
all files. It errors on every file so I just cancel it.

I don't understand not being able to do anything but view the files if I'm a
local admin.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
